Yeah your diagram looks good... that's exactly what I meant.  Give that setup a try.

one more quick question, i was thinking, couldnt i run the red wire from the turbo timer to ign 12v constant? thanks again

Yes, you can run it to the big fat constant power wire at the key solenoid.

i tried it today and the problem is it doesnt keep the car running

Did you connect the turbo timer's green output to the CAR side of the ignition wire, and NOT the KEY side on your starter kill relay?

yes i did. i used a spdt relay to hook it up.

You hooked up both the starter kill relay and the ignition cut/timer timer output relay like this and it didn't work?

One relay interrupts ignition (so alarm will think car is off), one interrupts starter (for alarm security).
I'm not familiar w/ the Arrow 5, so I don't know if it includes a starter kill relay...
