OK. I did a search and all of the threads seem old and are locked. Most of the links in them are dead. I am not trying to start the debate about this subject. I just want to know if anybody can point me to the law in New Jersey that says video while in motion is illegal. I have read the drivers manual cover to cover and cannot find where it states this. I realize all of the discussion around this topic, but I am looking for clarity on the actual law. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Thanks

You can check with New Jersey's Department of Law and Public Safety for specifics, but it will be covered under the Distracted Driving Laws in each state. If necessary, shoot them an email or call them.
