The power sliding rear window open/close are PURPLE / brown - yellow/orange (5 wire) at the overhead console switch, gray 12 pin plug, pins 4 and 9.
how do i locate this at the smart jucntion box/BCM?
i having problems with my rear sliding window and wanted to test to see if the motor is bad or if its the switch how would i apply power directly to the line that opens / closes the window to test to make sure the motor is not the problem?

The two colours in your post, try and wind down the window a few inches; remove the plug from the switch and apply 12V+ to one and ground (-) to the other, the glass will move one way, reverse your connections, the window should go in the opposite direction.
That will prove or disprove the switch being the problem.
Alternatively, leave the plug connected, take a DMM set 20VDC, take black probe to one colour and red to the other, see if you get a 12V reading on pressing the switch, if not, press the other direction then reverse the connections and press switch the other way, again if 12V the switch is OK.

I have a 2012 F250 Diesel 6.7.. Looking for the correct VSS hook in for Pioneer Head unit. AVIC-Z150BH..
Also the Dimmer and reverse signal.
Can I rely on this chart for F250 also.
I am willing to purchase harness diagrams for the entire truck if I could only find them.
Thanks for the help
