Looks nice and tidy.  You might want to use a protective grill like this for that sub in conjuction with a rubber foot on the bottom frame of that seat that will contact the sub box when the seat is down.

I actually do not have enough space for a grill but I am installing some lifts that will clear out the seat and sub. The seat stays down all of the time so there is little danger in someone dropping something on it. Thanks! Mike

oooo, i see some wires at the back of the amp in the picture with the seat up! just bustin. looks really nice. the space between the seat and the sub should be fine. i was running a sub with about that much space between it and the floor of my old car and it sounded as good if it had more space.
