2ga Battery Terminals

I have an Optima Yellow top as the battery for my car which I relocated to the trunk. Righ now it's just sitting in there with the little holder (basically stops it from moving forward) it came with drilled into the trunk. I was told by a couple people that I will need a Battery box if I want to keep it in the trunk. So I found    this Since I am using 4ga wire right now, I think I might as well use the 2ga that come with the kit since I'll have. The problem is that My battery terminalsonly have 4ga and 8ga hookups. And All I can find are terminals that will hold 0/4/8 gauge, no 2 gauge. Does anyone know where I can get a battery terminal that will fit 2ga wire? Or can I jsut put it in a spot for 0ga and make sure it is screwed down tight? ---OR--- Since 4ga wire is .2043in diameter and 2ga is .2576in, can I jsut dremel out the extra 0.0539in, or is this not recomended?

i wold think that the screwed down tight option would work fine if it indeed gets tight and also the dremel idea should work plently good as long as it dosent get too thin...speed is my drug of choice, let me drive...

I know raptor has a set that is for 0/2 guage, so I would look for one of thoses. it comes with a little sleve to remove when using 0 guage    but you would just have to leave it in to use 2.2009 0-1000 Trunk WR 154.0DB 2009 1001+ Trunk WR

I bet you find that if you strip the #2 and give it a bit of a twist, is fits the #4 holes quite well... I prefer to do it that way myself, because most of the manufacturers of battery terminals, and indeed prett much all power distribution for the 12 volt world, hog the holes way too big. I have always done this, and my connections stay tight, because there is FAR more wire being held captive by the set-screw. Before you go nuts trying to find #2 terminals, give my suggestion a shot...It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. Haemphyst is exactly right. That is the way to go. I just put 2 gauge on my car and used 4 gauge terminals. If you twist the wire it will slide right in perfectly.'85 Toy
