ok so i i think i got it all but how should i connect all those devices like the lights and all to the one line should i just use several wire tap-ins or is there a cleaner way to do it

The most error-free way is to solder.  Wrap with electrical tape.  You can never trust a T-tap connector to stay connected.

http://www.bcae1.com/coolfans.htm has some good info and diagrams that will help, also.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
