Hi,

I have 2 swr-1242d alpine subs and want a nice box for them but don't have time to build, any brands out there that anyone can suggest that are good, or should i go and have it built? Also they say to get a box between .7-1 cu ft, what will be better?? any suggestions??

if your looking for sq sealed spl ported

i think with .7 is sealed you cant make a ported box that small

but that is mighty small you could make that yourself real quick

Want to know some good equipment- JL,Adire Audio,Mcintosh,Brax,Helix,Eclipse,JBL,RE,Dimoand Audio,Zapco, pritty much anything DYhon,Forbidden recommend

Its a 1990 mitsubishi eclipse, also i wanyt to go with sealed any ideas on the brands, i don't want to make it myself

Here are some places that you can check...

Audio Enhancers ... Pro Box ... Subbox.net ... HiFi Sound Connection ... Crutchfield ... With the probox and Audio Enhancers you will have to find a dealer...You can search for an authorized dealer on their web site...

If there is a shop somewhere in your area I would go there and check to see what kind of price they will give you...Once you get the quote from them see if you can find any background info on the shop to see if they do good work.....
