I attempted to install a CK3000 (not evolution) in my 2002 Monte Carlo SS in the last day or so.  I purchased the "peripheral" piece part number PXGM24HF for the RDS radio with amplifier installation requirements.  After installing the CK3000 everything is fine except for the output to the speakers.  There is an ANNOYING pop from the speakers as they make the switch to "phone" on the radio and then audio returns to normal... until a call is coming in... then the pop is heard again.  I know for a fact that this is due to the stock amplifier in the rear deck.  Parrot tech guys have told me the pop is due to the power going through the speaker switcher, and to use an external speaker.  Is there a way to bypass the amplifier besides running Parrots' wires to the output side of the amplifier.

Use an ajustable line output converter.
