2006 Alpine HU

I don't think there is anything wrong with this years line up, i have the 9856 and for what i spent on it, it goes above and beyond. I wasn't a big fan of last years stuff but i think they improved since last year.

Well i think ive made up my mind, if i do upgrade im going to go with the eclipse cd7000 because of all its features  and things it go do, or the cd5000 because of the 8v pre outs. i will have to change my accessories aswell, ipod interface and xm to sirius. but thats ok. ill probably even get the GPS device. does anyone know how good the ipod interface is for eclipse? is it better then alpines?

I think everybody else's iPod interface is pretty much like Alpine's first gen iPod interface. Alpine's 2nd gen interface (FullSpeed - in the 2006 HU's) is WAY better.- Stu
