ok but they cant just lie and car domain wouldnt lie, but if the amp sarts to get too warm ill just change the load on it. OK..........
Now this was the main question about how many LEGIT RMS watts can the amp put out if they say it outs out 2000 @ .5 ohms about? I dont need peak numbers just RMS.

In a perfect world yes. This the most it can possibly produce continously at 13.8 volts being fed to it, @ 1 ohm.

The did lie, they do lie and other people believe it and pass on the lies, as you are beleiving them right now. Since birth, you are trained to beleive what you read. You unfortunately do not believe what the people who know better are telling you and are bent on not listening to us. The results have been posted for you to see, yet you are looking for someone to say different. This is not going to happen from any one of the senior or even junior members of the forum that know better.

Top Secret, I can tell you but then my wife will kill me.

12000 watts @ .0625 ohms with 18.5v input, 648.64864864864865A, with ABSOLUTE fidelity and efficiency! It IS after all, Boss! Go for it!
Kidding. Now read here: Clicky!
That amp WILL NOT MAKE THE POWER ADVERTISED! It can't do it! Those are inflated numbers. All they do is burp one channel at 1kHz, for 1/10 of one second, figure HOW much power that one channel made for that period of time, and then extrapolate the numbers out to one half ohm, than double it (for stereo) to make it seem more powerful than it CAN EVER BE! You cannot get more out of an amplifier than you put into it. This question has been answered over and over for you. If you are worried about RMS power, then BUY an amp with believable, respectable numbers, and follow the advice posted in my link above.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

The most your going to get out of that amp is 1000 watts peak struck by lightning, and its going to make the bass notes your recording artists spent soooo many hours perfecting sound like a wet fart in the bath tub.    Take the amp, place it in a box, and ship it to me so i can video tape it blowing up, they all should be destroyed, they are cancer in the car audio world.

Thats how much a REAL 1000 wRMS amp costs, now tell me, do you really think boss can possibly find a way to produce 4000WRMS at $300? nopers
