My installer just installed my 530t and 529t for the sunroof, but i have to put a pulse generator/timer thing and relay on it because on close it closes all the way than vents. He was a little confused about that at first, he understands now but he cant find the limit wire for the sunroof to hook up too. He had to leave to his next appt but hes going to call dei and try and come back tomorrow, but i was just seeing if anybody on here had any experience with this to help us out. Is there a wire diagram or does someone know the exact wire to tap into? He tested all the wires at the switch and at the relays but he said none of them were it? Did we miss something?

I don't have a diagram for your car, but make sure you are testing for the wire while holding down the close button.  Hopefully, you will find a wire that is getting ground as opposed to it NOT getting ground while holding down the vent switch.

If you do find a wire that goes to ground on the switch, use either the gray or gray/black off of the 529t.  Gray is side 1 and gray/black is side 2, but I dont know which side you chose for close, so you will have to meter the wires to find out.

Also, you will PROBABLY have to wire up a timed relay, such as a DEI 528t, in order to give 12V to the stock sunroof switch during closure, otherwise the car will not see the limiting switch.

Good luck!

The installer called dei tech support and tech told him the wire that he has to wire to is clear back at the limit switch by the sunroof motor, so that means the headliner has to come down. He than Wires the limit switch to a 610t relay to a 452 puise generator, which is all completly foreign to me but he knows what hes doin so i trust him. I will post back with results once its finished. SO if you own an acura or honda with a tilt sunroof be prepared to take the headliner off if you want sunroof control from your alarm

It's actually not just Acura/Honda. Many other cars with a sunroof require interfacing with the sunroof limit switch.
