So does that mean i gotta feed a wire into the door from the alarm brain?  And where is the drivers door key cylinder in the door?

1. Yes, you have to run a wire into the driver's door.  A pain, but the door panel comes off with some ease.

2. Walk up to the car with key in hand. Unlock it without using  the remote. Wires are on the inside of the door at that point.

Behind the glove box is the OE alarm plug that has the ignition sensor wire in it. If this wire is broken with a relay triggered with ground while running, the OE alarm will NOT KNOW

that the vehicle has been started. It's a yellow wire with silver dots. In a green plug. Cut the wire and take the BCM side to pin 30, and the OTHER side to 87a.

12v to 86, and GWR to 85.
