Thank you very much for your help. I hooked up the interrupt circuit. Unhooked and rehooked the battery cable. It must not have been tighten down enough to give the starter enough voltage.

Hopefully it will all work from hear on out. If it doesnt after I solder in all my wires then I will be back lol.
