If you mean you're trying to use the phone as the key, you could use a Mobokey system for PKE.
You could connect the lock outputs on the Mobokey to the Compustar's arm/disarm inputs.

Yes, I fixed the previous message.
The mobokey looks promising for phone based opening. Is there any d2d connection to tie it into my viper alarm?
I am not sure the work truck is worth changing alarms and buying a bunch of extras. I am hopeful there is a solution that can work with the current alarm I have. I guess the 2102t could work but it does not offer remote start (to start the air conditioner). I don't really want a bunch of keys or fobs.
Thank you again for all your help.

There is no D2D connection on the Mobokey. It also has a remote start feature available, but it's very basic and has no tach wire or bypass connections.
While Compustar has the Drone system available similar to Viper's Smartstart, I have read it is also flaky. Mobokey works well, but is only recommended as a keyless entry.

I am reading more about the express kit options, they appear to take inputs and output through the d2d to the alarm...
Seems like a good option to pass information from the mobokey to the viper alarm. Not sure which version is easiest or best.
