what is the output from the alarm??? if it a neg. output this how you need to wire it:
If you have a switch or an alarm or keyless entry that has a negative output that you wish to use to switch a device that requires 12V+ such as a horn, dome light, parking lights, head lights, hatch release, etc., wire a relay as shown below to convert the negative output (trigger) to a positive output.
Good Luck

no diagram popped up
86 and 30 to 12 fused
85 is - from the alarm
87 is a 12 volt output that will go to the siloniod
Good Luck

The trunk pop would work better if you had purchased this http://www.handa-accessories.com/accelect00.html It's the 12th item down. It fits the 01-02 civics perfectly.

If you have any more q's pm me.
