I have a 02 Dodge Ram and when I hooked up the R.S.  I have 2 small issues:

1.lights with a 330 ohm resistor both the parkers and headlights come on?

I found this in the install instructions, but what does that mean (Below)? It's a DEI Valet R/S and the instructions state it hase built in relays for the lights either neg or pos functinality.

"Parking lights require a negative trigger thru a 330 or 1.4K ohm resistor. There is a rest resistance on the wire, so MUST use a relay to isolate away from the switch."

2: WHen remote started all HVAC work and truck runs., but the ABS, Seatbelt, etc lights are on like the key is simply in the on position. It seems to run and not create an issue?

Any help appreaciated!

You can use either one POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE, but don't use both for parking light.
"1.lights with a 330 ohm resistor both the parkers and headlights come on?"
My wiring digram indicates that you can use between 250-330 ohm for parking light and 470 ohm for Headlights. You are going to have to play around with the resistor to get it right since the one you mention above is not doing the job it suppose to.
"2: WHen remote started all HVAC work and truck runs., but the ABS, Seatbelt, etc lights are on like the key is simply in the on position. It seems to run and not create an issue?"
You did not power up the ACCESSORY 1 wire (SMALL ORANGE WIRE AT THE HARNESS), or that you did but must have found    the ACCESSORY 2 (green wire) instead. Powering up the accessory 1 wire will remedy the issue above.

not quote understand ur post.....is it a question or a remark?
anyways....heres teh note:
"* This Is A Single Wire System. Parking Lights Need To See A Ground (-) Through A 330 Ohm Resistor. Headlights Need To See A Ground (-) Through A 700 Ohm Resistor" (designtech-intl.com).
you must use relay(s) to either use the parkin light or the hd light.
Ignition #1:|BLUE (16 AWG)|IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Ignition #2:|RED or RED / WHITE|IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Ignition #3:|GREEN & ORANGE (2 WIRES)|IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS*****
Accessory:|BLACK/ WHITE & BLUE (2 WIRES)|IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS*7
***** Make sure this wire measures 12 volts in the RUN and ACC position ONLY.
*7 These wires may not be necessary for remote start.
