hello, i have done a few of those vans for remote starts and i have found on some that where they suggest (coil, pcm, etc) sometimes doesn't give off a strong enough signal, i've always gone to the injector (there should be one commen colour to each and one odd, take the odd colour) and put the PURPLE / white wire to that...then somewhere in the manual it should have adjusting the tach, or tach settings,  just because the other remote start was programed for your vehicle doesn't mean that every other starter will be. that's a setting inside the unit itself. all remote starters have a tach setting and a way of setting or adjusting it (if not, in my opinion, throw it away)  Tri County KustomZ
