I checked the horn honk at the horn last night and it doesn't measure 12v there either. I'm gonna try measuring the 5 wire door locks tonight and see what I get.
As far as reversing polarity with a relay, the 561T has a 12v+ input so that's not required.

One More Problem,
I can not for the life of me get the 556cw to program to the car. I've done it by the book. I also cut a spare key and grounded the 556cw while I turned the spare key. Still nothing. Any suggestions? This is the last step I've got to do.
PS: I'm working on it in my spare time. That's why it's taken 3 days to do this.
