What system are you installing ? What are you trying to do ? It sounds like your using an add on remote start and you are looking for the lock motor wire to activate the starter correct ?

I've never installed a crime stopper system but I'm assuming it has a wire that needs to see x amount of ground pulses to start the car correct ? If so you will need to use the lock motor wire and a relay to invert the polarity.
LOCK MOTOR WIRE      RED to WHITE (5-WIRE TYPE)      in DRIVERS KICK, WHITE 25-PIN PLUG, PIN 9
Please don't just hook to wires with out testing first.

Does the keyless entry remote work when the engine is running?
If not, you will not be able to use the remote to unlock the doors while under a remote start condition.

1. A little punctuation would help us help you. It's barely possible to read what you're writing.
2. If the Crimestopper has a wire that needs to see ground to activate the remote start, you'll need to use a relay to invert the Camry's positive lock-motor wire, into the negative signal that the Crimestopper is looking for. There's a "Relays" section on this site for wiring diagrams.
3. Like I am an idiot says above, you'll likely end up being dissatisfied with this system and wanting to replace it with something else. Toyota OEM remotes don't work while the engine is running. If you happen to have the 4-bit key (with the dot on the metal blade) a Flashlogic FLCAN could be installed which would keep the OEM remotes working during remote start.
