It says I have to have a mobile electronics legitimate and verifiable business address in order to use and Flash their products. Is that true, if so I need to send the alarm rs back before the 30 days are up.

Idatalink says that too but I was able to create an account and flash no problem. Try the registration link at the top of the page.
