My 2004 Jeep Liberty Power Door Lock fuse (#6) keeps blowing when changed. I removed the rear door cover and tested the voltage for the wiring that controls the rear door and the rear window latch. The rear door lock reading gave 12V; however, the rear window latch control wiring did not give a voltage reading. I left the rear window latch control wiring unplugged and changed the fuse. When I used the key fob to test function of the power door locks the fuse did not blow and the rear door locked as well as the front passenger door and rear doors. However, unexpectedly the front drivers side door lock did not function. The rear glass power latch function did not work, which was to be expected as the wiring module was left unplugged. I searched the wiring forum for a Power Door Lock wiring diagram, but came up empty handed. I came across a request for this information in the car security forum [URL=https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp?tid=33883]. The expert asked for a PM to have the pdf sent directly to the user. My knowledge base is limited, so I am not positive this request is for the same information I need.
I would like to find a schematic for the 2004 Jeep Liberty power door lock wiring.
Thank you.
Riki
