Viper 5706v Brain Powered By Isolated Battery?

Hi all, So I have a 2005 Ford Focus ZX4 and had a Viper alarm installed professionally. Last year, I decided I wanted to add remote start and upgrade the brain, so I did just that. Upgraded the brain to a 5706v and added a fortin bypass module which decrypted the chip in my key and works perfectly with the 5706v. Recently I added a security cloud dashcam with 24/7 parking mode. I had already picked up a 50w mono solar panel and MPPT controller which was tied into my starter battery, since I leave my car sitting for sometimes 5 days without moving it. For the dash cam, I decided to pick up a 50ah LiFePo4 battery and a Victron Tr Orion 12-12 18a Smart Isolated DC-DC charger, which will charge my 2nd battery while the engines running. I also park in the garage on weekends and put the LiFePo4 on a 15a charger to top it off. I need to get a shunt to monitor SoC. Anyway, this battery is entirely isolated through the Victron. The dash cam hooks directly to it for power, and it's not chassis grounded. It's my understanding that it would still remain isolated if I chassis ground it but only if I needed to. I want to power my viper 5706v brain, the 12v+ and main ground on the 6 wire hardness, from the LiFePo4 if possible. What kind of problems am I potentially looking at, such as floating voltage or such? Would it work (or be preferred) for me to chassis ground the LiFePo4 battery if I wanted to do this? I'm assuming the chassis ground would be needed, actually, due to the sensing and such for inputs/outputs.
