Hello, I am having issues with my parking lights flashing when arming and disarming. I am using the red white wire found in my steering column. I also tested it by grounding it to chassis and the lights turn on. I also tested the voltage from the wire coming from the brain with a multimeter and it is also showing 12 volt on disarm/arm.
When I hook the wire up, I only see it going up to 0.4 v about 2-3 times and then back to 0. When they are not hooked up then they will both go to 12volt using the same ignition wire for power.

If I understand you correctly, you have verified the factory red/white parking light wire is negative switched.
If you're using the green/white parking light wire from the CMX, it outputs 12 volts positive, so this won't make your lights flash.
The easiest solution would be to connect to the green factory parking light wire at the white connector under the fuse box.
Otherwise you could either use a relay to convert to a negative pulse, or program a POC on the CMX to 2nd light.

I am using the negative (green/white) wire from the compustar cmx brain to the (-) parking switch on the vehicle. It's 250ma negative output which I believe isn't strong enough to turn the parking lights on. I believe I would have to uses the relay to drive this wire more. What do you think?

I've never done this truck but I would use a meter to find out how much current it takes to activate that wire. I would guess its running from the switch to a factory relay it should draw somewhere around 150mA. If it runs directly to the lights it would draw somewhere around 8-10 Amps depending on how many lights are attached to it.

If it were me, I would probably use the positive parking light output from the CMX to the positive parking light wire in the vehicle.

Looks like I'm going this route, it's unfortunate because I've already depinned it from the large harness. I didn't think it was going to give me such an issue.

I see. You could see if the negative green/white triggers a relay. If it does you could use that relay to provide a stronger ground to the factory red/white.
