I have auto. seat belts in my 90' integra LS.The runner on the A-piller wont go back when door is closed but will go forward when i manually pull it back and open door..Can somebody please help..The seatbelt warning "beep"is really annoying.Thanks

check the switch in the end of the rail ( the one the seat belt dead ends into to tell it it's reached the end, shut the motor off )  the switch is probably stuck down, or it is worn out.
