i havent used it for awhile so i dont know if the spelling is right you used to be albe to get it off this site, so i dont know what to tell you look around on here for it, the WINISD is fairly easy to use but you have to draw up your own cuts and demisions it will give you port lengths and approx spl output and such

I've never heard of "blublux", but that sounds suspiciously close to "Blaubox", an old DOS program developed by Blaupunkt in the early 90's that I believe gives cut dimensions for the required pieces.  The good news it that it's available free here:

The bad news is I can't get it to run under Windows XP.  The program keeps spontaneously re-starting.  I'll play around with the DOS settings and if I can get it to work reliably, I'll post my results here.

Well, here's an update.  I booted up my computer with an old DOS 6.22 boot disk, and Blaubox is doing the same thing.  I thought it might be a piece of hardware in my computer, so I tried it on my wife's computer - same thing.  You can get to the main menu, or maybe a little further, then the program re-starts itself.

It's really a pretty good program from what I remember, so if you have an old P.O.S. 286 or 386 computer lying around, it might be worth it to try it out.

Oh, I'm sure there are other programs you can use.  I only put a little effort into trying to get Blaubox to work because it fit his needs - small, available for free download, and it generates cut-sheet dimensions for the box.
