is  a 16 awg wire good enough for a 400 watt dhd 2 channel amp to 2 10" generic subs?

wow, cuz i'm looking at it and comparing it with my other awg wire, its pretty small. but if u say so i'll take ur word thanx alot guy, and hey wut u doing up so late?

oh i c, so yea u know where can i get a good distribution block for cheap?

also my wiring size is 8 guage, could i use a distribution block to split that wire up then take the splitted wires and hook it up to 2 amps?

what part of the states are you in? if your going to run 2 amps i would use 4 awg wire to the dist block then 8 awg to the amps.

but  my car is already hooked up with an 8 awp wire, could i just go 8 awg to 2 awgs?

or should i just buy about 20ft of 4 awg wire, then re wire it?

also its cuz i got my stuff installed at good guys, i have this warranty thing, and i dont wanna mess with it, incase if mes'z up i wold be blamed for it. i can hook up the second amp my self , but needed to know if i could put 8 awp to a distro block then out to 2 8awgs?

i'd go with the 4 awg. then use the 8 awg that you already have from your dist block. I sell audio stuff but i don't think i could sell you a block cheap if i ship all the way to Cali. I'm in florida. try Wal-mart some times they have some stuff like that.

ok but wut if i dont go with the 4 awg. instead i just keep it a 8awg , then use a distrobution block and split out to 2  of the 8 awg wire, into 2 amps???
