Hey metal,

I have used crossfire amps in the past and currently have one installed in my system now. I am using a TEK series and it is a great amp (I am upgrading now cause I need more power hehe). I have never had a problem from crossfire amps and before I bought this one I decided to use the net to do some investigative research on it. I looked all over the net and talked to friends that used them. In the end it came down to a leap of faith on the name alone and my power requirements because everyone had their own experiences with them ,some good some bad(no different than any other amp company). They now have a new line and I hear good things about them but cannot comment on them from personnal experience. In my opinion crossfires are good and reliable amps.

By the way, mine was pretty efficent, I was running it off of a standard alt with another amp and never had a problem unless I decided to turn the vol to max which will happen no matter what I put in hehe. Hope these posts help.

Hey metal,

I heard them in a buddy's car(2000 grand prix) with 2 12" Extant woofers and they pound! He had a class D crossfire amp.
