Its been a while since I have installed and been on this website. I must say I miss it very much. I am looking for a bit of help. I pulled out my Viper 791XV out of my 2001 dode ram 1500. I now own a 2002 Ram 1500 quad cab, with the 4.7L engine. I am looking for the most up to date/helpfull tech sheet which includes the windows because I  have the modules for them. I have heard alot of rumors and issues on the install of these trucks but I have done my own share of installs and I am prepaired to attempt it. Any help/hint/tips would be most appreaciated. Thanks guys,

Jeremy

Well the install went somewhat smooth. For some reason I must have grabbed the wrong acc. wires. The windows and radio do not work under remote start. But the headlights come on with the parking lights why? who knows. thats the least of my worries. As for the hooking up of the 530T window module, that left me hanging. For some reason they didnet work all the wires were located o.k. but I hooked up the rear windows first and as soon as I plugged in the fuse the windows wend down and that was it. You can hear the relays in the module constantly clicking. This is the first time I ran into issues but the alarm and remote start work fine with a nice clean install. Anyone who has ever installed window modules into this truuck before have a clue as to what is going on. The alarm is a 791xv. I used the orange wire for the (-) when armed. And I used the black with xxx stripe in the harness with the red connector for the 4th channel. I used diodes inline with these wires and the windows did not work. After having these issues I did not even ttempt to do the front windows as I need to pull the drivers window inside the door and after thes issues I gave up. I know this is a long post but any help would be a great help.

Thanks
