04 tahoe, Homelink Buttons?

ok i have a 04 tahoe with the home link, you think there is any possbile way that the buttons can be used for other things. i dont have garage door opener so im not useing it. i wanted to use the buttons to turn on my strobes and other thinigs in the truck,
letme know what you guys think or if you ever tried it... thanks

Im not sure if its possible or not I think it has to operate on a certain frequency. Is this Homelink that is mounted in a center console? And does it have a sunroof switch there too?

yeah i know it works thru rf frequency but i meant to use the actually button inside and hard wire it to the wire for my strobes lights and thinggs inside the truck.crack open the unit and wire it that way???

well i have a rocker swith in there now i just thought it would look more factory with out any after marlet switches. i hate when you can tell somethings are after market just hanging there yaknow, but i thik it would take a lot of work just for a strobe light swithc
