Crossover's, can i use them together ?

I already have an active crossover that i use on my subwoofer and my mids,my question is can active and passive crossovers be used together,and if this is posible are there any benefits to this ?

To be more exact,i have a 4 channel amp on order (Nakamichi) and a set of Mb Quart "Q" with passive crossover that can be bi-amped from the crossover,do i have to ditch my active ?,my active crossover it's a 3 way,can do one sub amp,2 mids and 2 tweet amps.I plan on using the Nak 4 ch with the "Q" from quart for my front stage.Any tips will be apreciated.

Thank you for reading my posting.I don't understand the order and what setings i should use.So the active same like before,right ? before the amps ,but should i cross it still as if there was not another passive after the amps ?

Great,thank you ,i was kinda confused because i also have the crossovers build into the amps,but those are turned off ofcourse.

This site is so darn good when comes to helping DIY like myself,and that's not because i don't like suporting the small shops but because it's fun and challenging and someone like myself can look (listen too...) and apreciate it so much more.
