Hey, I'm getting ready to upgrade my system this summer(currently 1 12" perfect running off a Kicker ZR600).  After some research I've decided to go with one high-end 15" subwoofer.   I am willing to spend around $500-600 but that's not set in stone.  I was hoping to go with the adire brahma or tumult but I can't wait forever.  Any chance they will be out in the next month or soInput on high-end 15sub and amp -- posted image.?  If not I was also looking at the 13w7, RE XXX.  I was just wondering what you guys had for other options in this price and performance range.

Then I need an amp to push it.  I was looking at Orion, Memphis, JL, JBL.  Want to spend another $500-600 on the amp.  Give me some opinions.  I would like to match the sub and amp as close as possible and "optimize" the setup.  BTW, class D mono amps only.

Let me know what you're opinions are for some good quality stuff in this price range.  Been doing a lot of reading on this site and now I finally have some money and I'm ready to start upgrading!Input on high-end 15sub and amp -- posted image.

It would probably help to be more specific.  I am looking for a good SQL setup,.  I want to keep the space used reasonable so I am going to go with a sealed box.  I drive a 2001 Jeep Cherokee.  Any ideas?

Just out of curiousity, why not go with two 12's?

I want to keep the price reasonable and still have very high-quality equipment.  I also like the deep low's a good 15" can produce.  If I went with two 12's i'd have to sacrifice quality for quantity and that's not what I'm looking for.

Ahh, yeah the 15D2.  I was just at this site the other day and didn't see that there was any "Available".  Can you wire that to a two ohm load?  Ideally I was looking for the 15D4 so i could run the voice coils in parallel to achieve 2 ohms.  If one is out does that mean more are on the way?Input on high-end 15sub and amp -- posted image.
