Chris, C/k full size pick up 2 door,

Captainzab,  I think the other module went dead I was working fine before I tried to wire the door locks. I heard some clicks from the relays and then the siren did not work anymore and the led just flashes about 8 times, pauses, flashes again. I went to get another alarm and that is why I want to make sure I do right wiring for the door locks. the diagram that you suggest, is it the polarity type on 94 chevy -- posted image. 5 Wire Alternating 12 Volts Positive Door Locks?

Thanks for the response

Yea, full size pickup 2 doors is type C, and that link is for type C (5 Wire Alternating 12 Volts Positive Door Locks)
I really dont think you can fry your brain from wiring a bad relay. Try unplugging your brain and chill for awhile. Then look at your relay set up, it should be exactly like the one pictured.
