im often viewing the forums on " the down low" but today i must ask for helpsubs, ohm loads, resistors? -- posted image.////////ok now my delema ..............i have 4 subs dvc 4 ohms per coil .....i normally run a single mono amp @ 2 ohm on the 4 subs but reccently blew it up ,now i put a kicker 2 channnel amp that wont hold 2 ohms bridged......if i recall correctly someone once said could drop the loads with the use of resistors / if so can someone please enlighten me!

Either wire it at 8ohms, or buy a new amp....

Basically, I was saying that you cannot use resistors to change the ohm load. The resistor would be consuming power from your amp, so you would only get about 1/2 the power to your subs...

How about instead of frying that amp you sell it and buy a new mono amp
