my kit is also one with a parallel block...it all seems to work just fine... it sounds like yours was working ok for a while, but who knows what happened, you may have simply blown the fuse...<?>

as far as the amperage on the fuse--i wouldnt change it if i were you... use the same size fuse as the one that came with the kit, if that for some freakish reason is not possible, go smaller on the amperage, not larger....the fuse kind of acts like a filter for the amount of power that goes through the wire to the desired ouptut, so if you put a fuse with higher amps in, you are allowing for more power to pass through the line and, although im not sure about the likelyhood of it happening with neon tubes, you may fry the lights and then just be plain SOL...
