Arrow 5 has both armed (-) output and built in starter interupt relay. The diagram I provided was assuming you were NOT using the built in relay. I guess there's no reason you couldn't use the built in relay.
If it's not working then test a couple of things...
1) Connect the turbo timer to the car (minus the blue wire, leave that hanging) as described in the manual. Connect the alarm to the car (minus the yellow wire, leave that hanging) as described in the manual. Does the turbo timer leave the car on and does the alarm arm?
Good, if so then goto step 2:
2) Put a test light or DMM to the blue wire on the turbo timer. Does it only light up after you pull the key out of the car after it's been running? If so, then good... the circuit I provided above should work. If not, then you could try step 3:
3) Ditch the extra relay that I told you to get. Instead put the yellow wire on a SPST switch. Connect one side fo the SPST switch to the yellow alarm wire, and connect the other side to the ignition of the car. Leave the switch in the off position. When you need to use your valet or to program your alarm settings, flip it to on... otherwise always leave it off. The drawback of this method is that you lose your ignition/rpm controlled doorlock feature.

easiest thing to do is to use the built in timer on the trunk aux channel and set it to 2minutes and wire a relay as ch2-85      86 and 87 +  car ignition wire to 30, yellow ignition to arrow5 on 87a and if you have more than one ignition wire needed just do this once per wire minus the 87a connection. Then when you go to leave the car you hit ch2/aux and the timer starts which applies power to ignition while disconnecting the yellow arrow5 wire and allows it to arm/lock and while the timer is active the shock sensor will be shunted. Doing this you would elimate the greddy turbo. I've done this on f-250's with factory turbo diesel.

cosmos : do you have AIM?

ive tested the blue wire and it does exactly that. when it doesnt get power to the green wire, [ie. shutting car off & taking key out], the blue wire gets power. ill try step one.

wchavez: i dont want to do it taht way becuase i need my aftermarket turbo timer because it does other things than just count down.

thanks again

No, sorry I don't IM on AIM.
Just go through the steps I listed in the above post in that order and one of the solutions should work.
If not, post up your email, and I'll contact you via email and we can further discuss there.
